Viña AB is een jonge amontillado die zowel bloei als oxidatieve veroudering heeft ondergaan. Licht amberkleurig. In de neus, subtiel en delicaat met typische nootachtige aroma's. In de mond toont de amontillado subtiele eikenhouten noten door de 12 jaar die ze in vaten heeft doorgebracht. Aangenaam met een evenwichtige zuurtegraad. Lange afdronk met een lichte zoute en bittere toets.
